About Eccentric Cee
The whimsical wild child with a connection to nature. Dirt under her nails from gardening, the hum of bees surrounding her, and wet grass beneath her bare feet this is what it is to live.
My Story
Although I was born and raised here in Charlotte, NC I am far from a city girl. My family and I have chickens, bunnies, and honeybees ( Im still trying to convince my husband we need a goat lol).
I started gardening as a small hobby, but it quickly blossomed into a passion. Growing our own food is not only about fresh produce or self-sustainability; it's about forging a tangible connection with the Earth, and understanding the rhythm of nature.
This love for gardening sent me further into natures arms where I decided to become a beekeeper. As a certified beekeeper I enjoy caring for these incredible creatures and connecting with them. My passion for beekeeping goes beyond just tending the hives; it's about nurturing a harmonious relationship with nature and sharing that passion with others.
I am currently a student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte studying Biology and Environmental Science. I want to help create sustainable practices to preserve Mother Earth.
